Scrollsaw Projects
I have begun experimenting with photogrammetry software to capture some 3D scans of my woodworking pieces. The first 3D object below, the Coyote Basket was modelled with Lightwave3D, utilizing procedural texturing many years ago. I have tried using multiple programs to capture some more of the scrollsaw projects, but the Scrollsaw Cherry Bowl created with Meshy is the only one I have been pleased with. I am using Model Viewer to display any successfully captured models. Click on any of the thumbnail images below and a new window will appear in which you can drag the model around with the left mouse button and zoom in or out with the mouse scroll wheel or with the pinch or spread two finger techniques on a tablet or phone.
